Using Apple iCloud?

SyncDiary doesn't connect to Apple iCloud calendars, and we haven't decided whether it will. Apple doesn't give apps like ours the instant updates Microsoft and Google do, and connecting needs a special Apple password.

You can use SyncDiary on your iPhone and Mac today. Connect a Microsoft 365 or Google account — a free Google account is fine — then add it to Apple Calendar on your devices. Your sessions sit alongside your iCloud calendars and stay in step both ways.

Still want iCloud? Leave your email and tell us why — your answers decide it. We'll email you once, when we've decided, either way.

We'll use your address only to email you once, when we've decided, then delete it.

Use it with Apple Calendar today

Microsoft 365 Google Calendar
  1. Connect your Microsoft 365 or Google account when you set up SyncDiary.
  2. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account, and choose Google — or Microsoft Exchange for Microsoft 365. (On iOS 17 or earlier: Settings → Calendar → Accounts.)
  3. On your Mac, open Calendar and choose Calendar → Add Account.

Your SyncDiary sessions then appear in Apple Calendar beside your iCloud calendars, and a change made in either place reaches the other.
