What happens when my trial ends?

Add your payment details at any time during the trial — nothing is taken until it ends. If you don’t, your account locks a week after the trial ends. Your diary and records stay safe, and you can subscribe whenever you’re ready.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Settings → Subscription. You keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t give partial refunds — the 60-day trial is there so you can be sure first.

Is VAT added?

No — the price you see is the price you pay.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. SyncDiary never sees or stores your card details.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export everything from Settings → Backup & Restore whenever you like. If you close your account, we delete it 30 days later.

Is it for practices with several therapists?

Not yet — SyncDiary is for one practitioner per account.
