Built with the people who use it
SyncDiary is being shaped by a small group of counsellors and psychotherapists — our Founder Members. They use it in their own practices, tell us what works and what doesn’t, and help decide what we build next. In return, SyncDiary is free for them for life.
Why we started this way
SyncDiary was built in a UK private practice, for UK private practice. Before opening it to everyone, we wanted it tested in other therapists’ real working weeks — the bookings, the notes, the month end — and changed by what they found.
What Founder Members do
For their first three months:
- Use SyncDiary in their real practice — their diary, clients, notes and payments.
- Tell us what goes wrong, as soon as they notice it.
- Tell us what would make it better — anything slow, confusing or missing.
- Join a short call once a month, about 30 minutes, to talk it through.
- Fill in a short feedback form at the end.
After three months, SyncDiary stays free for them for life, with nothing more asked of them.
What they get
- SyncDiary free, for life — everything it does, and everything added to it, for as long as SyncDiary offers it.
- A say in what’s built — their feedback goes straight to the person who builds SyncDiary.
- Fixes first — problems they report are looked at before anything else.
- The first invitation to our referral scheme, when it starts.
Shaped by Founder Members
The first thing they asked for — a safe place for client agreements and practice documents — is being built now, with them.
Can I become a Founder Member?
The founding group is small — four or five practices — and by invitation. If you’d like to hear when places open, get in touch. Or start now: everyone can try SyncDiary free for 60 days, and if you qualified in the last 12 months, your first year is free.
