Money and tax, worked out
See what your practice earns and spends month by month, what’s owed to you, and what to set aside for tax — without a spreadsheet.
Who’s paid
Every session’s fee and whether it’s been paid. Mark sessions paid with the date and how, and see at a glance who owes what.
Income and expenses
Income from your sessions and the expenses of running your practice, including the ones that repeat every month, with what’s left over.
Room rent
Worked out from the rooms you actually used, and counted as a cost of your sessions. A room rent report, ready to send to your landlord.
End of Month
A statement of each month — income, room rent, expenses and what to set aside — kept for your records.
Tax set aside as you go
Your tax code and any other income for each tax year. SyncDiary works out income tax and Class 4 National Insurance on your practice profit and shows what to set aside each month, so January isn’t a shock. It doesn’t yet cover Scottish income tax rates or payments on account, and says so.
Paying yourself
Decide what goes to overheads, to tax and to your own pay, and see what’s left.
